The Mission San Rafael Rotary Club is pleased to welcome two new members, Cheryl Spott and Alyssa Crosby, who were inducted at our January 8 meeting. We are delighted to have them join our Rotary family and look forward to the energy, experience, and service they bring to our club.
Cheryl Spott is a longtime Marin County resident with a diverse professional background and a strong commitment to community service. Her career spans decades in the commercial furniture industry, and she currently works as a Senior Area Manager at SMS, where she helps small- to medium-sized businesses improve profitability and plan for long-term success. Cheryl has an impressive history of volunteer leadership, including work with the American Cancer Society, The Leukemia Cup, and the Porsche Club of America. An accomplished sailor, pilot, and traveler, Cheryl brings both professional insight and a spirit of adventure to Rotary.
Alyssa Crosby is a recent Dominican University graduate with a degree in biology and a focus on pre-med studies. Since moving to Marin, she has been actively volunteering with local organizations and is excited to give back through Rotary. Born and raised in Chicago, Alyssa plans to apply to medical school in the fall and is passionate about service, learning, and community engagement. Her enthusiasm and commitment to youth and community service make her a wonderful addition to the club.
Please join us in extending a warm Rotary welcome to Cheryl and Alyssa—we’re so glad you’re here!
